Exploring a variety of artistic processes and themes, the Koffler Gallery aims to introduce viewers to new forms of contemporary art production, emphasizing the relevance of artistic creation to everyday life. Programs challenge acquired notions of what art is, while building the participants’ confidence and knowledge-base to encourage their own definitions. Public talks and panel discussions position the work of exhibiting artists within a broader historical and cultural context, providing a multiplicity of perspectives in the interpretation of contemporary art. Exhibition tours led by gallery educators are available upon advance registration.
